By using the Bolrach Developer Platform you agree to these terms. The platform is operated by Bolrach Technologies Limited.

Acceptable use: you may not use the APIs to send spam, harass, infringe rights, or attempt to degrade the shared infrastructure. High-trust APIs (WhatsApp, Voice, Identity) require identity verification and carry additional obligations.

API keys: you are responsible for keeping your keys secret. We may revoke keys that show abusive patterns. Rate limits and quotas apply per your plan.

Availability: we work to keep the platform up but provide it 'as is' without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes: we may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
