Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP governs what you may do with the Bolrach Developer Platform.

Prohibited: unlawful content, unsolicited bulk messaging, credential harvesting, malware distribution, attempts to exceed or evade rate limits, and reverse-engineering the underlying engines.

Messaging APIs must comply with the relevant provider policies (e.g. WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy) and applicable anti-spam law (CASL, TCPA, NDPR).

Identity and biometric APIs require the data subject's consent before submission.

Violations may result in immediate key revocation and account suspension.
